No Return Policy

This No Return Policy ("Policy") outlines our guidelines for returns and sets forth the circumstances under which returns are not permitted once you have given approval to proceed with production. By providing approval to proceed with production of your products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy.
Approval to Proceed with Production:
a. Once you have provided approval to proceed with the production of your product, the sale is considered final, and no returns or cancellations can be accepted, except as stated in Section 3 of this Policy.
Product Eligibility for Return:
a. We do not accept returns on the products that have been approved and produced based on your specifications and requirements.
b. Any customization, personalization, or commissioned artwork is considered final and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products:
a. In the unlikely event that you receive your product(s) that is/are damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the items.
b. We may require photographic evidence or other documentation to support your claim.
c. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed valid, may offer a replacement or store credit, as determined solely by HelloAm.
